Our Services
Luminarias Limited, LLC provides design, installation, in-season maintenance, and takedown of electric Luminarias and architectural Christmas lighting for residential and commercial properties across Albuquerque Metro & Santa Fe, New Mexico. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” refer to Luminarias Limited, LLC.
Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are free and provided on a per-project basis. Quotes are valid for the current season and may change if the scope of work changes after the initial walkthrough.
Materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we own and provide all lights, clips, and cords. Our materials remain our property and are removed and stored by us at the end of the season.
Scheduling & Weather
Installation and takedown dates are scheduled in advance and may be adjusted for weather or safety. We will keep you informed of any changes.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your individual quote or agreement. Please refer to that document for amounts, deposits, and due dates.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take care to protect your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of a structure or for damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one.
